The Royal Automobile Club is in Central London several minutes walk from Green Park Tube Station. Come out of Green Park Tube Station, cross Piccadilly, walk past the Ritz Hotel, turn right on St. James’s Street, walk to the bottom, and turn along Pall Mall and walk to the RAC, where you will see the blue flag flying. Tell the Doorman that you are here for the 23rd Service Conference and Workshop. The University is in Central London and within a few minutes’ walking distance of the suggested conference hotels, many other hotels of all categories, and all Central London and West End entertainments.

London has five airports. Each is within easy access of Central London.
• Heathrow
For the Royal Automobile Club, by tube, take the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters,
and get out at Green Park Underground Station. Exit Green Park Underground
Station to the South Side, walk past the Ritz Hotel, turn right down St.
James’s Street, walk to the end, turn left, walk along Pall Mall
until you come to the RAC, an imposing building flying the blue RAC flag.
For the University of Westminster: By tube: Take the Piccadilly Line towards
Cockfosters, change at Piccadilly Circus Underground Station, take the
Bakerloo Line towards Willesden Junction/Queen’s Park/Harrow Wealdstone
Station. Get off at Oxford Circus Underground Station for the University
of Westminster. Please allow 50-60 minutes for travel time.

Gatwick
By tube or train: Take the Gatwick Express towards Victoria, change at
Victoria Underground Station and take the Victoria Line towards Walthamstow
Central/Seven Sisters, get off at Green Park Underground Station and
follow the directions as above. Please allow 50-60 minutes for travel
time.

By tube or train: Take the Docklands Light Railway towards Bank, change
at Bank Underground Station, take the Central Line towards Northolt/Ealing
Broadway, get off at Oxford Circus Underground Station, and take the
Victoria Line towards Brixton (Southbound), and get out at Green Park
Underground Station, and follow the directions above.

Airport

Rail Station, get off at King’s Cross Thameslink. Walk to King’s

directions above. Please allow 45-50 minutes for travel time.

Trains from all over the UK come to one of the mainline terminals (Euston,
Kings Cross, Marylebone, Paddington, Waterloo, Victoria). You will need
to use London Transport underground (tube) Transport
